Forest Adventure Super Duper Super!!! Yeh Yeh Yehh!

Introduce you a very exciting sports.

Spent the weekend at the Forest Adventure, located at Bedok Reservoir Park.  The place actually a park, has set up activities at the treetop.  Often called treetop forest adventure. There is rope ladder climbing, rope walking on the trees, rope canopy, flying foxes from one end to another end, swinging, and many more.

Me and my friends joined the Grand Course…The completion of the course takes about 2 hours and cost $34.

To me, this is the most exciting outdoor activity that can spend on the weekend with your family and friends.

One requirement: Better don’t go if you have height phobia.

And don’t worry, this activity is safe as its safely harness.

New Jagabee not tasty

Just to share this with you… if you are a snack person or a person loves to eat junk food, you may have tried Jagabee.  I wrote about Jagabee in a few months back in my blog.

There were new releases of Jagabee, Vegetable flavour and cheese flavour….

After trying out these new released… Hmmm… surprisingly two thumbs down.  It is crunchy, but the crunches aren’t the same as the usual jagabee.

4-hour (approx 13km) Macritchie Reservoir Park Walk…

Long Long hiking + walking..

Interesting walk but very long… and tiring. It took 4 hours to complete the 13km trails. The trails are from Moderate to Difficult.

It was a jungle, scenery, muddy, longs stairs, rocky walk..fortunately it was fun..

Meeting point was in Bishan MRT..and buses can be boarded at the Bishan Interchange however, ensured everyone taking breakfast as the trails were long.

The walk started at 10am and completed at 2pm…

A recommended place to spend for your weekend.  Although at first half there wasn’t any scenery except dense forest… but the 2nd half,.. the reservoir was very entertaining for us to keep walking while enjoying the view of scenery.

ILUMA, Victoria Street (Singapore)

We were at this Bugis Junction and saw a new building opposite.

LUMINA, was a quick glimpse from afar of this new shopping complex opposite the Bugis Junction.  The name of this building is very small, and I was so confident and betting with my friend that the name of this complex is LUMINA and she bet for ILUMA for a meal. Dang!  I lost…

Doesn’t the name similar with LUNA the Staedtler coloured pencil or Illama?

In fact, no name is indicated inside the building.

ILUMA is the name....

Chinatown? or Indiatown?

Long time i have not been to Chinatown in Kuala Lumpur (KL),… used to walk at this place everyday.

My mum used to go to Chinatown once a year, the few days before the Chinese New Year.

Kuala Lumpur Chinatown sell the pirated items. Such as bags, shoes, tshirts, shorts, watches, glasses and etc.

For so long I have not been to Chinatown in KL, there are huge changes of this town.  Doesn’t look like Chinatown to me anymore but Indiatown or maybe another Little India in KL?  I think people do upgrade, the chinese bosses used to be the stall sellers, have hired Indians or other nationalities to work for them now.

If you walk along the Chinatown, seriously, majority of the sellers are Indians.  Do they have work permit?….I doubt they have work permit….

Chinatown KL - VCD/DVD sellers where are you? Hiding? Haha.

When the DBKL (Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur) also known as Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) you will not able to see the pirated DVD/VCD sellers.  They have gone hiding!….At times the DBKL officers will come to check  the area and also stalls license.  Piracy restrictions only seen in this area or some Pasar Malam places in Petaling Jaya.    Not so Pasar Malam in KL…
