A very big area… I didn’t know Tao Payoh Town Centre started in 1998 until i took this photo below:

What I like about Tao Payoh is, the shops are close with each other… small and lots of things to see.

The Mustafa Centre

Have you heard of Mustafa Centre at Serangoon Road or Syed Alwi Road?

When comes to wealth, Indian can be very rich…. that’s what my friend’s says…

It sells range and all sorts of items… whatever things you are looking for, just go to Mustafa Centre.  I like going there, just for the sake of looking at the items…  Even though they are not the cheapest for selling watch, but they give the second lowest price as compared with the Bencoolen Plaza, in my past blog issues.

All items are in wholesale price… To me, I would recommend you to go.. a place you must go…

For more information, check out their website.

Various flavour mochi....

Various flavour mochi....

I wonder why Mochi is famous in Singapore…in fact, there are many stalls selling mochi.. and they came from Taiwanand not locally made. Famous in Singapore.  I never see KL sell this type of packed mochi.  Often see aunties selling homemade mochi in KL Chinatown and Pasar Malam (night market) dipped around the mochi with chunk of peanut.  I wonder if they are the same kind of mochi… ?  The mochi are selling for 100g for S$1.50. I bought some home….
